Bat

One day we noticed a bat clinging to the wall of a nearby house. As we got closer and started taking photos it decided it would prefer to be a bit further away from us and crawled higher up ("Paparazzi - they drive me up the wall!"), and it stayed up there for another three hours until dusk set in.

In view of its colour and size (that's a normal house brick it's clinging to), and the shape of its ears, we think it's probably a Common Pipistrelle, but if anyone knows better....
